Personalized IAM Creation through Liquid
With Liquid, you can create personalized in-app messages. According to user attributes such as name, gender, etc., you can send customized in-app messages for each individual.
*Liquid: It is a function that links personal details such as the customer's name, preferred product, name, and recent search history to in-app messages so that appropriate in-app messages can be sent to each customer.
Custom Font
You can insert Custom Font to apply the font that fits the brand to maintain the brand identity in the in-app message.
Deeplink
You can insert a deep link into an image or CTA button to support navigation to a specific page.

You can easily access the user's click tracking that occurred in the in-app message on the CRM software Campaign Analytics page, and you can check various user behavior data at a glance through the campaign using IAM Studio's template.
Grouping Buttons
You can group specific buttons into Button1 and Button2 to see the CTR and exposure of Button1 and Button2. When you check the button in the left panel of the editor, the checked button is included in Button1 and 2 and is reflected in the number of clicks.
